BBNaija Season 11 Week 4 Recap: Cassi Evicted as Abi Takes Centre Stage

Cassi has exited the BBNaija Season 11 house, while Abi’s Week 4 reign as Head of House earns her the Most Influential Player title and another layer of safety.

Another week in the Big Brother Naija Season 11 house has come to an end, and the competition is becoming increasingly intense.

Following Kamsy's eviction and Neche's voluntary exit the previous week, the housemates returned to the game knowing that every nomination, challenge and relationship could affect their chances of making it to the finale.

This time, it was Cassi who had to leave the Show Ya Sef house.

Cassi Becomes the Latest Housemate to Leave

Cassi was evicted during the fourth live eviction show on Sunday, August 23, after finding himself among eight housemates nominated for possible eviction.

He was up against Araga, Gerard, Goddessa, Nomy, Temi Nkem, Tram and Yusuf. Despite the uncertainty surrounding the large nomination pool, Cassi was ultimately the only housemate sent home during the live show.

Speaking to Ebuka Obi-Uchendu after his eviction, Cassi reflected on his experience in the house, describing the journey as an emotional one. He also revealed that he intends to take his acting career more seriously following his exit.

His departure leaves the remaining housemates with even less room for mistakes as the competition continues.

Abi Has a Big Week

While Cassi's journey came to an end, Abi had plenty to celebrate.

Abi emerged as the Week 4 Head of House, giving her significant authority and protection during a crucial stage of the competition.

Her reign also came with strategic decisions that affected the nomination process.

During the live show, Abi was named the Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW), becoming the third housemate to receive the title after Chimsom Chuka and Sultex.

The recognition earned her immunity and the Betpawa Elite Reward. She also spun the reward wheel during the live show and won a smartwatch.

The Nomination Drama

The road to Sunday's eviction was not straightforward.
After Abi became Head of House, the nomination process placed eight housemates in danger: Araga, Cassi, Gerard, Goddessa, Nomy, Temi Nkem, Tram and Yusuf.

Abi then exercised her veto power, selecting Araga, Aikou and Yusuf, although Aikou's Gambit status ultimately meant he remained protected from eviction.

The tension continued into the live show, where several nominated housemates experienced moments of uncertainty as Ebuka called names before revealing whether they were safe.

What's Next for the House?

With Cassi now out of the competition, the pressure is only getting heavier for the remaining housemates.

Abi's rise this week has also shifted the balance of power, while developing relationships and alliances continue to give viewers more to watch.

As BBNaija Season 11 moves deeper into the competition, every week brings the housemates closer to the ₦160 million grand prize, and further away from the safety of the opening weeks.
