Big Brother Naija Season 11 has delivered its first double eviction, with Sultex and Goddessa becoming the sixth and seventh housemates to leave the "Show Ya Sef" house.
Their exits were announced during Sunday night's live eviction show, reducing the number of contestants still competing for the grand prize to 17 housemates.
The double eviction comes after Martins, Mercedes, Kamsy and Cassi were previously evicted, while Neche voluntarily withdrew from the competition.
Sultex and Goddessa Leave the BBNaija House
Sultex's eviction comes shortly after Biggie placed him on Behaviour Probation and issued him a Final Warning over repeated threatening remarks towards fellow housemates.
During the week, Biggie described the behaviour as "extremely dangerous", while Tram and Yusuf were also cautioned against similar conduct.
Despite the disciplinary action, Sultex remained eligible for eviction and eventually polled 4.77% of the public votes, ending his time in the competition.
Goddessa followed in the double eviction after receiving 5.02% of the votes, making her the seventh housemate to exit the season.
Their departures now leave 17 housemates battling to remain in the competition as the season moves into another stage.
Biggie Hands Out More Punishments
Before the live show, Biggie addressed several breaches of the house rules.
Oyin and Chimsom Chuka were sanctioned for damaging or attempting to damage house property, while Abi and Keivo were punished for pouring water on their microphones and will miss the week's Pool Party.
Nomy, who already has one strike, also received a warning over repeated lateness, disobedience and selective participation in mandatory activities.
As an additional punishment, the entire house will go without hot water for the rest of the week and housemates have been instructed to keep all communal areas spotless.
Sheba Becomes Week 5 MIPOW
Amid the tension, Sheba emerged as the season's latest Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW).
The housemates' vote came after Sheba told Biggie during her diary session that she believed she deserved the recognition.
Her MIPOW victory gives her immunity from next week's nominations, a share of the accumulating MIPOW Prize Pot and a new pair of EarPods from betPawa.
She becomes the fourth housemate to claim the title this season, following Chimsom Chuka, Sultex and Abi.
Biggie Launches "Operation Release The Gambit"
The biggest twist of the night, however, came after the evictions.
Biggie announced "Operation Release The Gambit", a new viewer voting twist that puts the fate of the season's Gambits, Flora and Aikou, in the hands of the public.
The two housemates have so far remained isolated from the main competition after accepting the Gambit role, which guaranteed them a place in the finale but removed their eligibility for the grand prize.
Now, viewers will decide whether to release one or both Gambits, potentially giving them the opportunity to rejoin the game and compete for the ₦160 million prize.
With two housemates gone, a new MIPOW crowned and the Gambits' future suddenly in the hands of viewers, BBNaija Season 11 is entering another unpredictable phase.
